Aarti Ramaswami is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at ESSEC Business School. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. Her research focuses on mentoring relationships, person-environment fit, and cross-cultural issues in these topics. At ESSEC, Aarti teaches the organizational behavior and human resource management courses in various programs.
