Aarti Ramaswami is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at ESSEC Business School.

She completed her PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington USA. Her primary research interests include mentoring, person-environment fit, and cross-cultural management. She has co-authored multiple papers on these topics, which have appeared in top management journals.

At ESSEC, Aarti teaches organizational behavior and human resource management courses. Having studied and worked in India, the US, and now France, Aarti brings with her diverse academic, professional, and cultural experiences.
